Constitutional Framework
📜 Natural Law Foundation
All governance derives from natural law principles—the inherent rights of individuals cannot be granted or revoked by any institution.
👤 Individual Sovereignty
Every person is the sovereign ruler of their own body, mind, and property. Government exists only by consent of the governed.
🔍 Transparent Administration
All governmental processes, decisions, and finances are open for public inspection. No secret courts, no hidden agendas.
⚖️ Restorative Justice
Justice focuses on restoration and healing rather than punishment. The goal is to make victims whole and rehabilitate offenders.
Core Principles
- Non-Aggression: No person or institution may initiate force against another.
- Property Rights: Legitimate ownership begins with self-ownership and extends to justly acquired property.
- Voluntary Association: All relationships—economic, social, political—must be voluntary.
- Sound Money: Currency must be honest, not subject to arbitrary inflation or manipulation.
- Decentralization: Power must be distributed, not concentrated. Local governance preferred.
- Exit Rights: Any individual or community may peacefully withdraw from any jurisdiction.
- Due Process: No punishment without fair trial. Innocent until proven guilty.
